Dr. Jay Kohlbrenner Scholarship

The Dr. Jay Kohlbrenner Memorial Scholarship at Oneida Health is established to honor the legacy of an esteemed healthcare professional and support the ongoing education of nursing professionals.

Jay came to Oneida Health as an “interim CNO” and stayed on to work with nursing and other clinical teams to deliver exceptional care. She promoted our mission of quality care and was always available, helpful, and ever-present to anyone with a question or concern. She demonstrated excellent leadership skills and was a consummate mentor, teacher, and caregiver. She always kept her staff and patients at the forefront.

This scholarship is designed to provide financial assistance to individuals seeking to further their education and skills in the field of nursing at Oneida Health. By investing in the development of healthcare professionals, the scholarship aims to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes for patients in our community.
